My little one Maya turns one this month so I decided to get in some photos with the soon-to-be birthday girl before we do her cake smash session. I’m the odd photographer that both loves to take photos but also be in photos with my loved ones. I do admit it’s getting harder and harder to do so with three under the age of 5 but this year I’ve made it a priority to do so – to exist in as many photos as possible with my kids.
ALL ABOUT Y O U
It’s all too often that the moms get stuck behind the camera, capturing all of the special moments and not be able to partake in the fun. I love sharing this time with moms, to allow them to be the ones on the other side of the camera for once. Not even to just be in the pictures, but to dedicate a time when it is JUST about the mothers and the kids. No expectations, no pressure, no “reason” for a photo, just a kid and their mom “doing their thing”.

If you’ve been on the fence about doing family photos now is the time to capture you and your family just as you are. Covid has every family spending a lot of time together and it’s so important we capture this time, our adventures and our bonds. You can contact me to set up a consultation and we can discuss all the details to customize your photography experience. I also offer gift certificates which make the perfect gift for parents.
